This role typically involves working under the supervision of experienced lawyers to gain practical experience in various areas of law, such as corporate, criminal, family, or environmental law. Graduate Lawyers assist with legal research, drafting documents, and providing support on cases, helping to build a solid foundation for their legal career.

In the first six months as a Graduate Lawyer, you will undergo an orientation to understand the firm's practices, culture, and expectations. Initially, you may be assigned to assist with research and document preparation, learning the processes involved in case management. Under the supervision of senior lawyers, you will have opportunities to attend client meetings and court proceedings, gradually taking on more responsibilities as you gain confidence in your legal skills.
