The Windsor Energy branch, specialises in delivering complete energy plant solutions. From initial concept through to commissioning, our team designs and delivers integrated systems that provide industrial heat tailored to our clients’ specific needs. 

As a graduate Mechanical Energy, you'll benefit from exposure to all aspects of our business and receive training in practical mechanical, process, thermal, structural and project skills from our onsite industry experts. 

Key areas of work and training are:

  • Performance Engineering.
  • Mechanical Design Engineering.
  • Project Engineering.
  • Drafting.
  • Sales and proposals.
  • Site construction.
  • Workshop (if available).

This exciting opportunity is available to candidates that have either completed their study in the last two years or are currently in the final year of study.

Your background and skills:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Washington Accord) degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process engineering.
  • Good understanding of design, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, stress, strain and materials.
  • Natural team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, verbally and written.
  • Proactive worker with a high level of motivation to learn.
  • Ability to identify and escalate concerns and problems.
