Over three years, you’ll rotate through all three partner organisations, gaining hands-on experience at each stage of the engineering lifecycle – from planning and design, to delivery, operations, and maintenance.

In this role you will:

• Experience projects from three different industry perspectives

• Work alongside respected leaders and mentors with deep industry knowledge

• Build both technical, operational, and project management capability

• Rotate through multiple teams, giving you a broad and well-rounded skillset

• Be part of projects that make a real difference to communities and the environment

Additional requirements:

• Civil or Environmental Engineering degree with honours (penultimate year of study)

• Right to work in New Zealand

• At least a Restricted New Zealand Driver Licence

• Able to pass pre-employment checks (MOJ, medical, references, etc.)
