About the IT Operations Graduate Role

You’ll rotate through key areas of our IT Operations and Security functions, contributing to:

• Supporting Microsoft 365, networking, device management, and hybrid infrastructure
• Responding to technical incidents and assisting with root cause analysis
• Monitoring system health and helping manage alerts, backups, and endpoint protection
• Assisting with cyber initiatives, including user education, phishing simulations, and security patching
• Maintaining user access controls and supporting identity management processes
• Helping document and improve IT processes, policies, and security standards
• Collaborating with senior engineers and our cybersecurity leads on continuous improvement

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We want hands-on learners who are eager to build their IT careers. You’ll ideally have:

• A recent or soon-to-be-completed qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Interest in infrastructure, system support, and how businesses use technology
• A collaborative mindset and good communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
