Civil Engineering Graduate Programme – Feb 2027 Start 
Civil engineering is at the heart of what we do – from bridges and retaining walls to motorways, water networks, flood recovery and road maintenance. In this role, you’ll gain real variety, responsibility and impact, bringing our ‘REAL’ values to life on projects that shape communities.

In our two-year grad programme, you’ll:

We’re looking for passionate, future-thinking grads who:

• Have a Civil Engineering degree or diploma from an NZ-recognised tertiary institute (graduating 2024–2026).
• Hold NZ or Australian citizenship, or NZ permanent residency.
• Are keen on practical, hands-on contracting work, often on-site and outdoors.
• Are proactive, organised, and adaptable to change.
