The EY Breaking Down Barriers Programme is designed to support women‑identifying university students as they prepare for life beyond study. Through this immersive experience, you’ll gain insight into careers here, hear from inspiring EY professionals and build the skills, confidence and networks to help you take your first steps into the workplace.

This interactive, in‑person session explores the barriers women can face early in their careers and focuses on building the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. You’ll take part in practical discussions on imposter syndrome, personal brand, and building strong professional networks.

Throughout the programme, you’ll hear from EY professionals, connect with fellow students, and learn more about career pathways within professional services. The session is designed to be supportive, engaging and practical - helping you prepare for your first career milestones and beyond.

Who should attend?
This programme is for women‑identifying university students, preferably those completing their studies in 2027 and 2028.
