Calling all graduates (or soon to be graduates!) – Join a global FMCG business and work with some of New Zealand’s most recognisable household products! Our Commercial Graduate Program is designed to develop individuals to be the future leaders of Reckitt.

The Reckitt Future Leader Program runs over 3 years. As a Future Leader (Graduate) you will have a minimum of 2 rotations between our commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, eComm), determined on Business needs. See behind the scenes of New Zealand’s most iconic health brands such as Nurofen, Gaviscon, Strepsils, Durex, Dettol and more! This is a chance to kick off your career in sales or ecommerce with a global giant in the FMCG industry

We currently have 2 graduate positions available within our Pharmacy & eCommerce teams!

 Based in our Takapuna office, you will work closely with our sales & marketing & brand teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines. You pay a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot trends and anomalies others miss. You are data driven and have a truly curious and analytical mindset. Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, willing to share your views and influence others using facts and data. 

Your role may include...

  • Sales Management reporting (standardised reports daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Managing internal systems to track orders; access warehouse stocks; check invoices online; conduct price surveys, promotional pricing monitoring and promotional deal monitoring 
  • Providing sales trend insights to the business team along with recommendations regarding Pricing & Promotional strategies
  • Posting promotional analytics including Return on Investment, validating current strategy or recommending ways to improve efficiencies.

You'll succeed if you...

  • Have graduated within the last year, or are due to graduate this year
  • Have completed a degree program with a minimum credit / B average
  • Are commercially savvy and have a can-do attitude 
  • Have excellent communication skills 
  • Are a Permanent Resident or Citizen of New Zealand
