Job Description

The Role 

Our Water Planning Team specializes in technical water planning. Join industry leaders in master planning, growth servicing, and strategic planning for water and recycled water networks.

Our New Zealand Team are currently collaborating with several clients on water demand management plans, water metering strategies, water security planning and supporting councils with asset management, capital delivery and the latest industry changes to Local Water Done Well regulations.

Gain experience in detailed planning for a diverse portfolio of large infrastructure projects, and urban development projects for developer and utility clients.

You will develop skills in:

  • Strategic planning for water and recycled water networks.
  • Developing and implementing water plans.
  • Conducting water supply and demand assessments.
  • Collaborating on integrated water management strategies.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Participating in site visits and data collection.

Requirements for Success 

  • You must have completed a relevant tertiary degree in Civil Engineering before starting the 2025 Graduate Program.
  • You must be able to commence work by February 2025. We do consider mid-year finishers, as long as you have graduated and are able to commence by July 2025.

  • You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
