The Intergen experience awaits you!

Intergen specialises in the design, development, and integration of business knowledge, information technology and creativity. So what does that mean for you?

You might be working with our clients and taking them on a journey with various technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft System Centre.

You could be doing this as a sales consultant getting involved right at the start, technical consultant or developer getting stuck in with the creation and the detail, or as an infrastructure engineer guiding our clients through their exciting new solutions.

Which location excites you the most?

We have offices located in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. Check out these videos to give you a feel for some of our offices.

What are your values?

We tell it like it is, and we don’t say we can do something unless we truly believe we can. And when we say we’ll do something, we do it! Honesty is the best (and only) policy, and trust means never being afraid to offer the truth, even if this sometimes means delivering bad news.

It’s more than just a job to us. We love success, even if it means going above and beyond to achieve it. Seeing others benefit from what we do is what drives us. Our enthusiasm for technology is what enables us.

Our clients are the most important thing in our business. Without them, we have no business. We understand our clients business – we care about what they do and how they do it – and we’re here to help.

We always consider our client’s perspective. In doing this, we ensure we’re meeting (or, even better, surpassing) expectations.

First and foremost, we are all part of the same team. We work together to achieve the best outcome for Intergen and our clients.

Different people, different functions, and different locations, one goal: to deliver great outcomes to our clients.

You don’t get to be an expert without investment. We all invest to stay expert, in our field, at the top of our game and the best at what we do. There’s always something new to learn, and we’re always open to growing ourselves and those around us in the name of continual improvement. We draw on our collective knowledge and apply our expertise to deliver the best business outcomes.
