There will be role rotations and ongoing focused development, meaning for the next 4-5 years we will provide you with the experiences you need to catapult your career in whatever direction you choose.

We mentioned earlier, we’re big… and that means potential for opportunities across Australia and Asia.

In addition to your rotation manager who will manage your day to day activities, you will receive support and guidance from our Grad Programme Manager. As no two grad experiences are the same, each of your rotations will be uniquely matched to you, your strengths and your areas of expertise.

Oh,.. and we provide all the other great stuff that you’d expect as a grad… induction, coaching, mentoring, training and development, guidance, feedback and regular performance reviews.

  • You may then be invited to attend the Assessment Centre at our offices in Auckland CBD. Here you will meet some of our people, have the opportunity to see the environment we work in and yes, there will be more assessments that we hope you will enjoy and take some insights from
  • The Assessment Centre will be held on Monday 27 June, so please keep this date free.
